Get started
- Download Coach My Business Pro on your iPhone or iPad: App Store.
- Sign in or create an account.
- Open Settings → QuickBooks and tap Connect QuickBooks.
- Sign in to Intuit, choose your company, and tap Connect.
Your dashboard fills in with your QuickBooks data within a few seconds.
What the app uses
Reports, company preferences, the chart of accounts, customers, invoices, and sales receipts. It can also create customers for won sales leads and, if you turn it on, post daily Square sales as journal entries. It works with every QuickBooks Online edition.
